Our Chef, is the perfect interpreter of the Tuscan tradition, and displays the recipes of the territory in a riot of aromas and flavors, revisiting them in a modern way, with the ability of an expert hand capable of the most original and artistic presentations and dishies.

The meticulous and wise researcher chef produces handmade pasta with ancient grain flours and is the keeper of alchemical secrets of rare experience.

The Pecchi family, together with the Chef and close collaborators, are engaged as a single team in a challenge in the city of Colle that brings a wind of novelty and tradition at the same time and thanks you for your preference.
