Our Restaurant, building of historical and artistic interest notified to the Superintendence,
uses products of Tuscan food excellence at Km 0 from wine bought directly from the cellars of Chianti, Montalcino, Scansano, Bolgheri, of San Gimignano, to the cheese of the shepherds of the hills around Casole d’Elsa, to the best quality scottona Chianina and Maremma.
Our Chef, is the perfect interpreter of the Tuscan tradition, and displays the recipes of the territory in a riot of aromas and flavors, revisiting them in a modern way, with the ability of an expert hand capable of the most original and artistic presentations and dishies. The meticulous and wise researcher chef produces handmade pasta with ancient grain flours and is the keeper of alchemical secrets of rare experience.
